Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If an item is deemed defective, then Rushing Creek Boutique will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs.  Please include the original sales receipt and a brief explanation of why you are returning the merchandise.  Please note that undergarments will not be returnable.
